    Slight tilt is fine my pothos tilts maybe 15 degrees towards cage center and it’s not dramatic enough to stall out the growth

    If you want your wandering Jew to be less leggy you could trim it by a node and let it root in water They tend to stretch like that when light is scarce When it’s bushy and compact it tends to be happy

    You are seeing some warning signs here of problems (refusing food even treats, breathing concerns and as beman pointed out abnormal fecal movement These are all concerning I’d call the vet you have an appointment with and see if they can get your guy in sooner

    If your parasite screen comes back negative it’s your green light to plan out a 2x2x4 cage when feasible I wish you best of luck.
