While this is in discussion, what are the immediate/early signs of overexposure? And underexposure?

Also, worth noting... Simba only has one level ( at basking level) right now because he is rehabilitating, however one side of his cage is covered so he can get away from the light.

These comparisons are with the bulb on top of the screen, correct? I have a t5ho 10.0 hanging 10" above the screen, 13.5" from the light at basking (to the top of his back). Is this suitable or too much exposure?

Update: I have been having to "force" water down Simba off and on for months, especially in the last two. Today I gave him his water via syringe/dropper as I have been doing in the morning followed by a long mist (to encourage his drinking/eye washing). FINALLY, he's drinking on his own! He has...

The timing is right, but none of the other values match up...bw was submitted two days following the end of the course. Two days later an initial dose of baytril was administered (which was the one I was really concerned about), and that really knocked him down. (There is a pic above)

Reptizoo has a screen enclosure, which I purchased through Amazon, which states that it can be used with an "optional tray" which is available. I have looked and contacted Reptizoo and the Amazon seller and haven't had a response yet
