    Egg question

I put the lay bin back in after I got the eggs out just in case for whatever reason she wasn’t done. But to the original post, do you know how often I should moisten the hatch rite?

    Egg question

Those were my thoughts exactly, thanks for the reassurance. And ok I’ll do that, I can expect her to lay again in approximately 4 months?

    Egg question

She laid an astounding 35 eggs and yes she closed off her hole completely. I only have a 60 watt bulb on her and she was fed about every other day but only 2 or 3 bugs usually crickets but an occasional super worm, horn worm, Dubia etc mixed in while she was pregnant but in hind sight probably...

    Egg question

So my female panther chameleon just laid eggs a few days ago and I feel pretty comfortable with everything except for how often to moisten the hatch rite, I’ve read not to moisten the eggs directly and seen some say moisten the hatch rite every 2 weeks and some say you don’t have to touch it the...

    Breeding advice!

I’ve been trying to breed my 2 panthers over the last 2 or 3 weeks, they’re both over a year old, I’ve been trying everything from introducing him to her cage and her to his cage, and getting them both out into a neutral environment together (all at least 4 or 5 days apart to not stress them out...

Female panther chameleon hasn’t moved in 3 days, may be laying eggs? Looked like she was turning dark black/ hot pink and being moody…

I feel bad for your chameleon(s) that’s all I gotta say, I’d suggest going some where else if you aren’t open to advice and criticism.

Female panther chameleon hasn’t moved in 3 days, may be laying eggs? Looked like she was turning dark black/ hot pink and being moody…

If you loved her to death, “obviously”, you’d come up with the funds to have the appropriate cage and lighting, and you would have done ALL the proper research on what goes into keeping chameleons. A lot of your husbandry is just wrong and that’s all people on here are trying to tell you, cuz...

Light colors, small cask, no spurs. Looks more like a female to me. Bulge might just be the vent but I’m not professional either!
