From some older posts and it not being on a safe plant list that I looked at, I actually don’t think so? Well I got a different safe one so we are good :)
Her name is Gertie! She is a rescue who is about 11-12 years old. She almost 88% Bulldog with some English Bulldog and American Staffordshire Terrier mixed in.🥰

I’d say put it in right away and just leave it, it just will reduce the stress on you and her if she ever goes receptive and its needed to be put in the cage
Well I haven’t had any experience with my girl laying but I’m assuming that if it all good and the right size with easy access they will just realize it’s the best thing to use! With my girl I was worried what she might chose the massive pot of soil instead of the lay bin but she never ended up...
Just a little Nachito update and photos. She is doing pretty great, super hungry as always and chasing the bsf like crazy. She has gained a bit more weight but that could be explained with some extra treats that she had been getting.
The bump along her spine has gotten larger and a second one...
So I ordered my usual dubia roaches cause I was running low and it seems that I got a little extra something but in the box…
I have no idea what to do with these as Nachito is my only reptile and I’m pretty sure they arnt recommended to feed to chameleons.
It seems that @CalamityCrow has posted it above, hopefully you can find a vet near you! I’d also strongly recommend filling out the husbandry form above. Chameleons are pretty complex creatures and there is lots of misinformation on their care, so we would love to help you and your guy with any...
