So put him in the mesh cage, raise the cage up off the ground...take out the substrate and just put what like paper towels on the bottom? make sure the bulb is not being stopped by plastic...etc?

I appreciate all those tidbits...can you read the measurements for the mesh cage and tell me if that will be big enough for him?

what about his UV? is the top screen? Its acrylic on top with just wide opening with a piece in the middle that the light sits on...no mesh just wide openings..the light should be UV i just got the setup with it from craigslist...im going tomorrow to buy a UV bulb for it. Why is the cage on the...

I posted the measurements of the cage hes in right now. The mesh one is 20" high, 18" wide and 13" deep.

Yeah he's in an acrylic cage...I have a mesh one too...but this one has a lot more room. not much reflection.

I got this Chameleon from this guy and I just noticed the humongous lump on his face...I asked him what it was all about he told me that when Veiled Chameleons grow they get those lumps but they eventually go away with time he said its their "horns," going away or something about...
