Does anyone know what this bump is? Did somthing bite her? She has been lethargic and won’t eat anything. She is also not moving her back legs around but when I touch the bump she winces.

Her basking area is in the low 80s and the rest of her enclosure is in the 70s and the lowest point is in the high 60s

Her feeders arnt any bigger than her head and yes I have she is clean of parasites
