    Working on New enclosure

Good start! One thing I might recommend would be to move any plants away from the line of the heat bulb. The heat bulb dries out soil sooo fast and lowers humidity around it. I just really wish I would’ve done this for mine!

    Chameleon cannot shoot his tongue

So my panther chameleon, Gatsby, recently had an issue with his tongue. Granted this only lasted a day, he shot his tongue at something thinking it was food and got it stuck around a branch (it was the end of the branch). Luckily, I was in the room doing some work and heard this. He was really...

    Eating soil

He was doing it before. This was part of the reason I switched to Arcadia. I just wanted to use a supplement more people trusted. And I’ve seen some people say to just let them do it, but I’m like you, I would really rather not risk impaction.

    Eating soil

After reading my labels, he gets vitamin A (retinol?) with his RevitaliseD3. So basically every other week. I’m not sure if coco coir can cause impaction but I’ve just started to assume anything can if it’s not their food.

    Eating soil

Rip...:ROFLMAO: The problem is, I use a lot of vining plants like pothos and philodendron cordatum. I haven't noticed gnats since fall and I know the plants don't have any pests. Idk what to do. I'd love to not worry about using rocks or anything but :cautious:

    Eating soil

Hey everyone! So within the past few months, I've caught Gatsby eating soil out of one of his plants. They are all covered with rocks. but there are still some very small cracks that he can get his tongue through. I know that there's no right answer when it comes to eating soil as many people...

    Silkworms.

If you can hand feed, you can roll it around to make it move more. Your chameleon might like that

    New guy here; Saying hello

That’s a bit harder. I really wouldn’t go lower on the chameleon. If you see a breeder you want to go with, save up for it!

    New guy here; Saying hello

Kammerflage Kreations is one of the absolute best. That’s where I got my guy. They’re pricy, yes, but you get what you pay for. They have amazing lineages and so far, everything I’ve heard has always been amazing.

    Plants for Panther Chameleon habitat.

I have a croton and had to move it out and replace it with a different plant. They require a lot of light and even with my Arcadia jungle dawn, it wasn’t enough.

Looking for a large cabinet stand for my new DIY enclosure (36x24x36)

I found mine at a local goodwill. It was $15. All I had to do was sand it down some (give it more character), and buy some new knobs for it. Always worth a shot!
