I noticed the other day my Cham was rubbing his eye against his vine and his eye looked out of place and then it went back to normal. About a day ago he did the same thing except he never opened his eye back up. It’s just his right eye. What could be going on and what can I do?

I got home from school and saw this in my chameleons cage and I have no idea what it is. Has anyone else found something similar and should I be worried?
