hey all just wanted to say thanks for your help with maggie. After following the advice she went for the biggest poop i have ever seen earlier! She's looking particularly slinky now lol:D
well gave maggie a bath she didn't enjoy it much! still no sign of any activity this morning so if nothing happens by the afternoon i will have to take her the vet as i go away for 2 weeks tomorrow. I've always wanted to have real ones but wouldn't the first clue in what or where to get them...
thank you i shall attempt the bath trick although she wont be impressed with me at all! but got to help her. she doesnt seem to be moving around as much, but then she went through a stage of never keeping still which i heard was a bad sign? she does move quickly when food is available however...
Cage Type - 3 walls are mesh one glass with glass bottom. its roughly 17 inches tall, 30 inches wide and 8inches wide.
Lighting - both heat lamp and uv are exo terra make, uv is 5.0 and my heat buld is sun glo 100w.
Temperature - temps checked by thermometer around 8s at the minute in basking...
when she does poo its the usual brown about an inch long then the white stuff. she's coming up to one years old and eats about 4 locusts every day he also drinks everyday her basking spot is around 80.
Should i be concerned if my veiled chameleon isn't pooping that regularly. she used to pretty much every day but now she's leaving a week or so inbetween. She's perfectly healthy eating drinking etc and has not long been to a vets for a general health check. thanks
ok thanks so much. wont be able to get one in tonight cus its 7pm uk time so everywhere is shut! so what is best to use for her to lay in...organic soil?? and how long shall i leave it in with her?

Cage Type - all glass with a mesh top roughly 18x18x24 (24 inches being height)
Lighting - UV bulb hangs above the mesh - on for 12 hours a day
Temperature - I have a thermometer that reaches between 75 F and 80 F, if she gets too hot...
