Yes i take him to the vet every few months this just started a few weeks ago

Hello all, my chameleon has a few health issues one is MDB. He doesn’t eat live insects so I feed him a variety of liquid supplements. Recently for the past week he has been throwing up everything I feed him. This morning he also threw up some white mucus, can anyone help me !?

I just don’t know what vet to trust cause the last one that I took him too he didn’t even hold him or really look at him and didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t know and it cost me $115

I just replaced the UVB a month ago. I sometimes hold the food in front of him and he looks like he wants it (he smacks his mouth) but his eyes never show interest like they use to. I tried loose crickets and feeding them to him in a cup. I’m wondering if his tongue is broken and I just can’t tell
