    She became aggressive

I can handle my veiled pretty good with no issues. But one thing I can’t do Is pick him up from say his back or above him. He gets mad. But if I pick him up from under his belly it’s hardly ever a issue.

I tried to pick some off since it didn’t seem to bother him but it seems to be on there pretty good it’s not like his shedding skin. Maybe caulcium is built up on it or something? Outside Issues

So whenever I take my veiled outside I think he hates it. He’s about 5 months old. I usually bring him out when it’s in the 80s . He literally always goes to the bottom of the cage and gets darker in color and just seems to pace back and fourth. Thought he would enjoy it more with natural light...

I was thinking about getting a 6500k cfl bulb for more lighting. You think that would be ok? Also my veiled seems to stay in his basking spot damn near all day. It’s usually about 95 -99 degrees. He moves some times but seems to like that spot. He don’t go low too much but does sometimes. Hea...

    Veiled chameleons color. Any

I actually just purchased a 24 inch hood and 5.0 linear tub just waiting to receive them. But on the exact tempature I’m not sure. I know the the cage stays around 80 during the day and drops to 65-70 at night. I have a gage about half way down . Not sure though on the basking temp.

I can also say when I got him from the pet store he just a the 5.0 ubv bulb and a red bulb on him all day. So could it be bc of the basking bulb ?
