I did read a lot about female chameleons on this forum and other blogs. I do not have any further details about her previous “digging experience.” I simply put her in a large container so she would have enough space to dig in private- covered with a towel. I am mainly asking about symptoms...

Container is covered by a towel- previous owner was not very specific and now will not answer any questions.

Current Problem - worried my chameleon is laying. Not sure how long to leave her in the laying bin before checking on her. I don’t want to keep her in there if she’s not digging. But if she is and I check on her she may stop.
