Okay, what type of substrate would you recommend?

Could she be ready to lay eggs though due to her belly spread and the weight she has gained? Or is it more likely to be MBD. I’m just really hoping it’s not MBD.

I’ve been looking at which linear one would be the best. and I already have ordered a rock potted focus plant to put in her cage. Also someone said that I could use a regular white incandescent bulb for her cage but what wattage would you recommend?
