@jamest0o0 However, when he is stressed, he expands his body and turns dark. When i hold him he turns green, and seems content, not scared/stressed.

My cham, Picasso, does the same thing. No worries.

I would say... long enough for droplets of water to form inside the cage. And then let the cage dry, and mist again. repeat
