You might also wanna make sure he doesn't have a vitimin A deficiency. That can be a sign as well. Make sure he gets his vitamins.

I had the same issue with my guy. I called my breeder and he told me to use turtle eye drops. You could also use saline solution.

I'm surprised he won't take the hornworm. What are your night temps at? You need a good drop off in temps at night. Mid 60's would be nice. Drop in temps really help with there digestion system and keeps them hungry.

I wouldn't feed your Cham mealworms. Use super worms instead. They are a crappy feeder and have a hard shell could lead your Cham getting impacted
