Help beginner cham owners keep their cham happy and health :)

If you guys have ever of heard of STEM capstone, it's a course for engineers, math majors and, science majors. I'm a part of the engineering aspect of the course and I need data to support why I'm working on what I'm working on. In the class I have to find the problem first and not the solution.

My partner and I are working on a project to help beginners. This research will help us determine the viability of our project. All responses are very appreciated. Here's the link. :)
