He drags his right leg. Moves it but then drags it

He moves his back legs, but i see him struggling. The shop owner where I got him from asked me if he might of fallen and broke something, but we've been careful handling him. Imy hoping that it's just constipation since his belly seems full. And if it is how can I help him
