@cyberlocc The bulb is 8 1/2" from his basking spot it's a Flukers basking bulb the new bulbs I got are regular incandescent bulbs from the hardware store.

Im not sure if alpha actually meant giving the vegetables directly to your Cham but you sure can gut load your feeder insects fruits and vegetables and they will pass on those nutrients to your Cham. Some vegetables you can give to your feeder insects are spinach, grape leaves, papaya, squash...
