It only really appears when he is puffed up or stressed, when he breaths or changes size it isn't as noticeable. I guess I will keep an eye on it, limit handling him and go to the vet if it worsens, thanks!

Do you see the bump near his spine in the middle? It's the only bump on his body and looks like it's on his rib. I don't know but I just am worried about it
