    It is my understanding that panthers don't like fruits and vegetables, that they are a strictly live prey eating species. That doesn't mean that you couldn't try some fruits with yours, but it could be dangerous since I have not heard of any eating fruits.

    I would put them from your horizontal dowel to another horizontal dowel.

    I used mostly dowels which you can get at a craft store or at home improvement stores. You can also find wood from outside, just make sure you clean it first. How are you providing his water needs?

    Cover the plant substrate with rocks so he doesn't accidentally eat any when going for feeders. Also, how are you feeding him, free roaming or cup feeding? It wouldn't hurt to add more horizontal pathways either.

    Go on to the Health Clinic Forum here and at the top read "Poop 101" That gives great advice on telling signs of good/bad health in your chameleon.

    Take the mealworms away, they have no nutritional value. Try other types of worms, and they are not stupid, they won't let themselves starve to death. I would at least try superworms, but you should go with silkworms, butterworms or hornworms as the best options. Always keep a variety around.

    As for your age question: with the size that you gave I would hazard to say that your little one is only a couple months old at most.
