I have 2 chameleons ,I bought some worms to see if they like them. they haven't ate any of them,tryed to feed by hand ,put them in feed bowls even laid worms on branches with no luck ,my question is will crickets with cal and d3 be enough to maintain good health ??
Thanks I will do that soon I guess he's getting more active now ,I take him and the panther cham out at least every day I'm new to this but he seems healthy and I watch them closely and read on this site every day to learnm more ,thanks again
My daughter's cham keeps walking around in bottom of his cage ,we been having him sence november so we guessing he's 5-6 mths old he just started doing that like 3 days ago. Confused ???
This has me interested,I bought a panther chameleon at a petco store .the original price was 250.00 bought it black friday 125.00 they never told me what breed ? is there a difference in the breeds ? I'm pretty sure she's female here is a picture if anyone can help
I have 2 chams that's about 5&4 months old ,I try and take them out at least twice a day at first they would hiss and male would try and bite me ,it's been 3 mths so they getting use to it and after they get out sometimes they don't want to go back in ,patience lol
Newbie here and having some of the same problems with my 2 chams,I mostly bring my hand in front of them and if they hiss I try and rub belly or back ,it works most of the time,once I get them out they ok and sometimes don't want to get back in there house,I take them out at least twice a day...
I thought they could hear or feel vibrations ,geeesh I talk to mine all the time ,she even opens her mouth at times like she's talking back ,yeah I'm crazy LOL
I have only owned chameleons for 3 mths ,the male has shed 3 times female twice,I turn the mister up and hand spray with no problems,female shed this morning total of 4 hours and she was finished shedding
Dirt out of my back yard ,I crushed dirt til it was fine power kind of ,I see eggs and just hope I have luck with them, I purchased 1000 because I'm feeding 2 chameleons and if eggs don't hatch I have more to experience with
