It won't let me take a picture right now. I think I felt eggs but the tail looks weird. She was digging around in her old skin and it's dark brown so there's a huge contrast and it won't fall off, even though I tried the warm shower bouncing off the wall thing

From 8 AM to 8 PM ten minutes off ten minutes on, but from 5 to 5:30 it stays on. Also another reason I didn't want to leave the heat bulb on all day is her spines are whitish in color. I'll look that up now but that isn't good, right?
