Hello! I was hoping I could get some advice on the best, most nutritious worms to feed my 5 month old carpet Cham. Also how are they fed?

Humidity? Can someone tell me what humidity level is appropriate for a young carpet Cham. I have no live plants in the enclosure and I think it's a little low (49-54 normally).
