I thought burn but nothing has changed as far as lights/distance from him. nothing. Its almost like he would sit under the light with that side tilted up purposely for that spot to burn. I have wtched him do it. Natural instinct to cure itself of something???
Any ideas what this could be? Started about 2 weeks ago i noticed him laying with this spot facing his basking light (same type he has had for three yrs and at same distance)
I only breed mine 2x a year MAX. Its hard on them. Their body needs time to heal. And their life span is shorter with breeding. However always have dirt in for her as she will lay eggs even if she is not bred cuz she will still lay eggs
Well they seemed to have shrunk a little or dent and a few seem to be sweating vert mildly i really have to look to see it. Maybe an early hatch? It is possible at 6 months. Thanks for the info. I am excited to see what happens
Ok its almost at 6 mont mark and a few of my eggs are dented. Whats happening. I do not see any sweating. Incubator is not to dry. I candle the dented aggs ans see the red veins in there. First time breeder here
Ok i have a question the same as his. But mine are panther. Small dent on top dont see sweating. Been in incunat for 5 months..whats up with the dent???
