I wouldn't worry, chams have preferences when it comes to food, she may simply not like them. Both my boys will sometimes eat them but that's about 1 or 2 max, don't go crazy for them, they prefer locusts, morio worms, silkworms, calciworms and crickets.
Just a tip, when dusting smooth bodied insects, I give them a tiny and I mean tiny drip of water onto them and the powder sticks :) even a droplet would work.

Well for a 3 month old you don't want jumbo, a 3 month old should handle medium ones fine and can fed as a staple but try and still offer variety though such as crickets, locusts, calciworms, roaches.
Try and cut back on the worms, not healthy if you're offering everyday, try silk worms or horn worms. Its possible he's addicted to the meal and wax worms and refusing his staple food.
