My rudis cham. pair had babies and they have been feeding on friut flies for two weeks what should I feed my pinhead crickets to gutload them for the babies? I know this species is sensitive to vitamin supplementation so how often should crickets be dusted if at all?

The blue one is what I am currently keeping my rudis in right now is this too small for five of them? the other one is the cage I could move them too if it is.

My rudis also had seven babies! but I cant find any detailed care info on them and two have died I now have them in a small tank with some fake ivy and a heat lamp on them is it important for them to be warm? I was wondering because the adults do fine at room temp.
