When ever i go and look at Sobe, she usually has her left eye half closed when ever she is hunting she will open it and it will look normal. Do you think she have something in her eye, what should i do?

I have had this account for about 2 weeks now but i never introduced my self. I am David and I own a Jackson chameleon named Sobe and i was told she is about a year old.

If i replaced the plastic bottom of my cage with screen then have the cage on stand that has square holes in the bottom. Then i could have my humidifier below the cage so that I could conserve more water by having the humidifier on a lower setting. Do you think this would be safe and effective?

Do female jacksons change to any other colors besides green yellow brown and black? I have heard a little bit about males turning blue but nothing about females. This is probable a really stupid question but i am still fairly new to owning a chameleon.
