Just built my veiled a cage its 30x30x50 all screen with a hinged front door. I'm looking for any advice on what to use for the bottom of the cage. And for drainage. And also is he too snall for this huge cage right now? He's about 5 inches without his tail. Thanks! Pics...

highly recommend screen cage but the vents could be just as good. not me to judge. As for the colors and puffing up. seems he/she is frightened of something. my veiled is named pascal as well lol my girlfriend named him from the movie tangled.

Yes I researched and had a cage set up to figure the temps and such for two months before I started to seek a cham. Went with veiled because all research points to them as the most adaptive and easy going. I will have pics soon. Thanks so much everyone.
