SO, uh, I now realize that's not sagebrush. And if it were, I couldn't use it because sagebrush has toxic oils... Now I have to figure out what this plant actually is so I can ask opinions for using the real plant. :rolleyes:

Has anyone ever used sage brush in their cham set ups? It grows like crazy here in Eastern Oregon and the other day it occurred to me that it's branches are perfect sized for pygmy's and possibly some of the other smaller varieties, and hatchlings.

I posted a while back about making a pygmy viv and am now almost done with all the prep work. Just need a couple more items and to put it all together and it'll be good to go. I've come to a crossroad about substrate though. I see coco fiber/eco earth mentioned most often for substrate use, but...
