i have an adult male vieled for sale. he is healthy and fine. he is eating superworms and dubia, crickets on rare occasion cause they smell.
he comes with his cage 2x2x4. its an old wooden frame screen birdcage.
im asking 175$ for his entire setup lights, plants, cage, homemade dripper...
i usually just feed the roaches the flukers calcium stuff, and fish flakes and just all sorts of things. i have Reptocal it says d3, its made by tetra if i remember. i never used it but a handful of times... i have never had any probs with my chams health. is there a whole chapter on chameleon...
i got one of those small digital therms, with the cord and "probe" i assume you would call it. i just check the temps about once a month or so, to make sure the bulbs placement hasnt slipped. i also do it when replacing bulbs. but i never leave it in there, id be afraid the cham would wanna eat it
id do it, just like you said heavily plant it and make sure they both will have a little "hide corner" they will also need their own basking bulbs at each end of the cage and so that they cant see each other. and own feeder cups if you use that method
enough proof for me, i dont think that it would benefit any company to lie by telling us that they are the same.
yeah but i did specifically order a repti sun and they sent me an iggy 5.0, maybe they was just low on stock and had to dip into the other product codes??
cause i heard from...
i called LLL and they just told me it was marketing thing, i looks and the colr bandwith on the box and all the numbers and lines match. the bulb itself does say iggy 5.0.
wow, 3 doors down??? do you all have humongous trees that touch? or did she have to do some ground travel?? chams look funny walking on flat ground... around here a hawk or something prob would hav gotten mine. i dont let mine out of my sight being outside, i dono what i would do if i saw a huge...
try a bird cage, thats what i keep my cham in... i tihnk it was originally for a parakeet... i actually found it dumped on the side of the road took it home powerwashed it and spray painted it it looks awesome. 2x2x4 its real good size
i dont tihnk a cham could hurt themselfs on a bird cage...
where can i get some without buying and wasting a lot of eggs?
do they need to be cleaned often or replaced?
does it have to be egg cartons or could i just ball up a bunch of newspaper? what are some equal alternatives, and why are egg crates always a top choice?
for dubia roaches
