I got mine because I loved the look of them and the fact they are a little different to other lizards, and I was right, chameleons to me are one of the best reptiles to keep, I love them!! They gave such character!!!

Hey I'm not experienced with breeding them at all, but I know a bit about reptile live births, and I do know that they can give birth to slugs (unvertlised eggs) that the chameleon passes through when giving birth or they could be the thin sacs the baby chameleon came out it :)

Once my dog went into my room when I was In there, she went up to the chams cage sniffed abit and then the chameleon hissed at her and she ran out my room :P hahaha she's never been in my room since! And my dog is a labrador!!

Ok, due you to the fact that the T5 fitting is £50 I can't afford that so, will a T8 6% do be ok?

After re-reading I understand :) I think I must have a T8 hood seeing how I think I'm using a T8 bulb it's 24inch 5% Arcadia forest one so what I've read iits a T8, I might switch to a T5 seeing how apparently they are better, sorry I didn't understand at first, I have dyslexia I don't...
