I am looking into buying a chameleon (I have EXTREMELY educated on their care) but would really love to see one in person before ordering one.

As a first time chameleon owner, is either the panther or the veiled a better choice?
I know the veileds tend to live a little longer, as well as being a little smaller.
I also know the panthers aren't hooded/veiled which some say makes them easier to care for.
Any suggestions?
