Thanks to all who commented I have scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I think that she might have fallen and thats why she was on the bottom. I moved her to a smaller container were I can move the lights so that she can get warm but also get shade.

Just purchased a new enclosure for the female. She just laid 37 eggs (pic next) and in preparation of the eggs hatching I purchased her a new cage. I will use her old cage for the babies.
