How dark should it be at lights out? My enclosure is up on my loft over looking the lower living room. Its not super bright but not pitch black either. Also his lights come on at 8 am and there are windows across the living room. Ive checked to see if he was sleeping when his lights come on...

I agree. I would think about switching to the calcium plus and bug burger from repashy. Takes the thought process out of supplementation and gutloading.
