u can make drain pans out of tupperware containers by cutting most of the plastic lid off and hot gluing window screen to the lid
Other than that u could possibly make a natural drainage by adding soil and potting live plants inside to soak up the water from mister.
could be air in your lines u can bleed the air out by removing the hose to the first nozzle in line and turn the pump on till it starts spewing out water then connect the line to nozzle.
For larger size plant would recommend a ficus or sheffera . For the mist king i use a 5 gallon bucket and lid from homedepot and have my pumps mounted on a plywood that i secured on wall above my resovoir away from cage so no over spray can hit pumps and electrical cords.
u can use ne t8 flourecent fixture u can find i would make sure it has instant electric start if u want to use it on a timer tho as magnetic ones u will have to turn on manually.
