Bad News...... Well I took Otis to the vet the morning after this post. It turns out, he had an infection in his gums that traveled thru his sinus cavity into his eye, and it would cost 225.00 for the vet to perform surgery just to SEE how extensive the infection was. It wasnt even guaranteed...
