For substrate, I would use Hydroton Clay Pebbles 1 to 2 inches and then cover it with a layer of screen and then use some organic soil Like ABG mix from Josh's Frogs (This mix was invented and named after the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Makes a great substrate for frog tanks. Holds moisture well...
In my viv .. I have a layer of hydroton balls and then some screen over it and then I placed in my organic soil and emptied the container of springtails onto the soil, charcoal and all. Then I added my plants leaf litter and sphagnum moss.

I feed mine both wild caught food and store bought. I haven't had a problem yet. Like the few have said, try and make sure its from a pesticide free area and you should be fine.
You still need to get rid of the CFL .. and get the long tube one a 5.0 is recommended.
Get a digital temp gauge and place it 6in below the basking bulb or get temp gun.

I would also say all 3 are females..
Also if they are all wild caught, then I would say that she was already gravid when you got her.
