My female panther is 70 grams @ about 1.5 years old. Is this a good weight? Does anyone have a list of what they should weigh & measure for both sexes at a given time in their lifespan?
I don't know for sure but it's toxic to cats, dogs, & horses so I'd personally steer clear of it.

I've been using both the diet & quencher for a few years, but only for chams for a few months. As far as I've seen, the stuff is ok as long as you also give them fresh fruit & veggies. I like having a little of the quencher in there just in case the veggies get too dry.
It's not a matter of better care. The zombie eel I consider dead even though he's still kicking. He's never completely recovered from a parasite or treatment that infected his tank & killed off my breeding pair of golden jack dempseys over a year ago. He's about 1/3 of old weight & won't...
you don't need all that many tools. Home depot sells premade screens that can easily be modified to make a tank using a drill & screwdriver or just self tapping screws.

* Lighting - 24" Reptisun 5.0 linear + 12 watt standard CFL (8am-8pm timer). On Saturdays I open the window & blinds in the AM so she can get sunlight but...
By far the best images I've gotten of him. I think from now on all the pics of him are going to be outside because they come out so much better with the natural sunlight. This was last weekend's outing. At first he was shy & hiding in the tree but after a while he decided outside is kind of nice.
I have a problem feeding babies to their parents, it just seems wrong to me. When we had sickly babies from the bearded dragons, I made my husband feed them to the snakes while I was away (I couldn't watch it).
another non-toxic solution is to put petroleum jelly (a thin line) around the base. For some reason they won't go over it. This is how I keep them out of all my vivariums. Once that stuff is on (as long as the cats don't lick it off) you'll never have ants in the tank again. I have also used...
