Cat got to my Baby Cham!

Why does everyone feel the need to post in threads with useless information bashing the person looking for help? How does that help him what so ever, stop bumping your post count up with posts that have nothing to do with the first post or topic of the subject. Hey man, I had saved a kitten...

thinking about getting a pygmy cham

Is yours a male? My female was sooooo hand friendly it was ridiculous till about 3 months ago, every time I open her door she bolts for my hand and runs up my shoulder. I know males can be grumpy at times, but I really get mixed opinions about females.

Lost chameleon found in Lake county, Florida

First of all, I didn't say a "a 13 foot python up in trees with a chameleon". Secondly, your opinion is that snakes are the soul reason of the problem and not the fact the exotic reptile owners can just get rid of there pets when they get to big because they can survive in the habitat provided...

Lost chameleon found in Lake county, Florida

But what are the effects on the ecosystem chams cause? That was my point, It doesn't matter if they are not native to Florida or Hawaii if they are not having a extremely negative affect on the ecosystem already in place. I dont see why every thinks that these reptilians are ruining a ecosystem...

You can make that argument, but I never said it was impossible. I said how could you do that, every time I go outside with my cham I'm always paying attention to it because I really don't trust birds.

Lost chameleon found in Lake county, Florida

I can understand the bird thing, but if a bird really did get that cham it would have dropped it a few times to kill it. And yes, I'm not saying that I am not guilty of looking away for a few seconds but panthers are so brightly colored I cant understand how you just look at your phone and...

    First Timer

Personally Id run the cords threw the bottom of the cage since I dont use substrate in mine. Pop a hole threw and put in down lower, if that's a source of easy water when your not using a drip he/she will go drink from it if he/she is thirsty I'm sure. But its not a end all fix for watering, Id...

Can I also get a picture of the cage as well? How are the temps and humidity? Do you dust feed him and what is your dusting schedule? Is he stationary most of the day or more active?
