I just noticed my female chameleon has a very hard lump in her stomach. I tried looking it up but there are a million things that could be wrong. Right now I don’t have a lot of extra money to take her to the vet! She is eating and acting normal otherwise! Help me please!

My chameleon seems to be having trouble with her tongue. She will hit the roach and they will just bounce off and I will have to give it to her 2-3 times. What could the cause for this be?
