i’ve looked up hemipenis prolapses and they dont look like this and how do i help him?

I have a 4 almost 5 month old Nosy Be panther and he hasn't shedded yet.I read that most should shed about every 2 to 3 weeks before they are a year old.

I just bought a new baby veiled and he isn't eating anything.I have given him ff ,dubias,pinheads, and mini superworms. I have an older female and this had never happened with her.Any suggestions?And i have seen him eat one pinhead when I first moved him in but he hasn't eaten since i got him...
