I have a male veiled For Sale that we bought from Tiki Reptiles. I got him in September for my son, and he is no longer interested and I have changed jobs and do not have time for him. He is a healthy eater and has been on Chad's recommendation of supplements. He is out of Chad's Orange Crush...
We have had our two veiled chameleons for about 5 weeks now, they are still VERY small. I have 2 questions:
1) how do I know if they are getting enough to drink? I mist 3-4 times a day.
2) I bought a new screen enclosure for them 18x8x8, is this too big? I am worried they won't be able to...
I was able to get a fruit fly culture delivered and that seems to be going well except that when I feed them, the flies come out of the container too fast and too many fall into the cage. My question is I see them crawling on the chameleons will this hurt them?
I just bought (2) baby veiled chameleons, first let me say I know they cannot be housed together, I have separate enclosures. I am in the process of putting plants in the enclosures. Is it safe to use fake plants?
