Are poinsettias ok for a veiled enclosure? I've heard there ok and I've heard there are not. Is there any truth to the fact that they are poisonous?

So I'm building my veiled chameleon a new cage. And 2x2x4 ft is the standard minimum, I have the ability to make it bigger though. So my question is should I build it deeper,wider or taller ?
