    Keeping branches up

How do you guys keep your branches / bamboo sticks up? I tried tacks in them but my cham simply weighs too much and they cannot support him and the bamboo stick. I'm not sure what to do and it's a struggle since i have the 24x24x48 reptibreeze cage.

    New cage

I recently moved my approx. 6-7 month veiled into his new cage. I went from the Medium reptibreeze to the XL which is 16x16x30 in to 24x24x48in. At first he loved it, showed his bright colors and was crawling all over the place. At first I thought he just couldn't find his food, but now he...

    Climbing blinds?

Anyone else's chameleons love climbing the blinds? Mine will leave his free range tree, that I keep near the window, to climb onto the blinds and he just roams around them. The only problem is now he's at the top and won't come down!

Chameleon only bright colored at night

    Cheap food for veiled

Hi, I'm just wondering where I could get some cheap food for my chameleon. Currently i'm buying small crickets from the local pet store but my chameleon is an eating machine and i'm paying way too much for them right now. For about 36 crickets it usually runs me about $5. Those usually last him...

    Veiled eating patterns

I've had my juvenile veiled for about a week now (Ringo) and every method I try seems to work and then not work. I started off being the rookie that I am by just putting the Wax Worms at the bottom of his cage and letting him hunt them. It worked a little but he didn't enjoy going to the bottom...

    Handling

I have a juvenile veiled chameleon that I've only had for a day but whenever i open the cage or sometimes even just look at him, he gets terrified. He stops moving and will just stare at me, I assume it's because he is getting adjusted to his new environment but I just want to be sure that it's...
