Female veiled, 9 months old, reptibreeze enclosure, temperature is around 75 degrees, probably 80 at her top branch where she spends most of her time, humidity is usually around 50, feed her 6 locusts a day, I gut load the locusts with any veg we have in the fridge (9 out of 10 times carrots)...
It was touch and go for a while but finally after a week with the vet Wiz is home and well, eating and drinking again and she's got a bit colour back.. She's also got a war wound to show for her trouble!
Having problems getting my female to lay her eggs. There is a bucket in her enclosure about 8 inches full of sand (moist enough to dig a tunnel without collapsing) but she isn't even looking at it, there are no marks to suggest she's been in it, she has around 10 hours of privacy every day...
my 8 month old girl veiled chameleon is gravid and I'm wondering what's the best size of tray, what I should put in, how much etc etc, any help or advice appreciated!
my girlfriend seems to come out in 'hives' whenever around my 6 month old female veiled chameleon. Even when she's not out her enclosure my girlfriend takes a reaction. I removed the live tree in her enclosure and replaced it with fake vines etc thinking it was the tree but she continued taking...
I saw my chameleon wiz being sick this morning twice. It was just crushed worms and locusts she brought up. I've caught her eating dirt from her plant which I think is more than likely the cause as I can't think of anything else that would've caused it but she hasn't eat anything all day or even...
