My little Rudis appears to have some kind of mouth rot or other fungus - does anyone know a good vet in the Hollywood/Los Angeles area? Thanks!

I have had what I believe is a male Rudis for about a year now. I'm thinking about getting him a girlfriend, but first I want to make sure he is, in fact a male. How can I tell? Also, does anyone know of a reputable Rudis breeder (preferably in Southern California)? Thanks!:)
