My young nosy be panther is suddenly black all over and his tail doesnt seem to be working right. I have no idea whats going on.

I have a baby nosy be panther and im having trouble keeping his humidity level up during theday even with a humidifier right next to his cage . He is in a wire mesh cage now. Thinkong about going to a medium glass cage. Just looking for some opinions. Thank you
