So Loki has shed, and his stripes are changing! He's going on 14 months now, and I didn't expect this, but since his last shed he just finished today his stripes are changing colors. Here was Loki before his latest shed: Here he is now: I just thought it was kinda neat how...

So I have been putting together all the different parts to his new enclosure for some weeks now, and I'm still waiting on a few things in the mail that I ordered online (This holiday mail is killing me!!) So here's my plan of what I will have set up: 24W x 24D x 48H Black screen cage from LLL...

I bought some expensive grapewood for my upgraded cage I'm working on and I'd like it to last as long as possible. Can I waterproof it somehow to where it would be safe for my little guy and make it last longer?

I bought a fish tank stand for my cham cage that was supposed to be sealed from water, and the stain is rubbing off and the inside is starting to warp from being damp from the mister bucket....so I probably will need to restain and seal and I need to know what is safe?

Loki is over a year old now, and hasn't "fired up" for about 5 months! He's very easy going, which I LOVE! But I want to see his "fired up"colors! I was trying to think of the best way to do this without stressing him out too much...I tried the mirror and he just looked at it and tried to climb...

He just finished shedding and was loving the sun in the backyard today so I got some pics:

My 1yr old panther has has loose skin and looked dull for almost three weeks now and I'm waiting on that shed....is there anything I can do to help him out like a warm shower or something? It's just BEGGING to pop and it's looked like this for almost 3 weeks it's driving me crazy! lol:p

So I was hearing that crickets eat the bug burger better if it's dry instead of made with water. I never would have even thought of this! I put dishes with the wet and one with the dry, and they LOVE it dry! The crickets won't even touch the wet with the dry mix in there. I also have moisture...
