I just got my veiled to start eating medium crickets when I was feeding her baby ones she would eat about 10 aday so how many mediums should I feed

I have a veiled she's still a baby kinda she's been eating baby crickets but I think there to small for her when should I try n feed.her.med ones

Ive had my veiled for about 2 months if that I don't hold her only to clean her cage but id like her to eat outta my hand or tongs she doesn't mind me watching her eat shell eat 5 crickets infront of me does anyone have any tips I can use thanks
