that male looks small though, if that female gets hold of it she will eat it while they try and mate, if im not mistaken most mantis species do while mating or after or something like that lols.

personally i reckon it will be difficult to pull off. u might end up with the cham sitting near the sensor and the water jus continuously spraying for a long time. Seems a bit of a technical system but it wouldnt be a bad idea for a shower for humans ROFL.

i reckon if you put a male/female panther/jacksons and a veiled male/female they would end up just attacking each other to death rather than trying to mate. which would be very gorey and ugly to watch...

ye, ty for the info, i have 5 veiled chams atm and was jus exploring the idea as it would be quite cool to have a sort of free 'roaming' area that is still a cage but they actually have a lot of space.

With these free range cages how does it work with regards to if you have several chams, does each one need a free range area seperate from one another? otherwise they will stress out?

Looks good, but heard that glass cages reduce ventilation heavily and can get alot hotter inside than screen. personally I think screen cages are the best to house chams.

cage looks good but you might struggle a lil with such small doors, will be harder to get your hands in there if its necessary :)
